transfer. Credit and debit card payments will be taken online.

Additional charges may apply for international cheques and bank

Delivery of goods:
Goods will be delivered within 30 days, unless specified otherwise. We will only take the money when the goods are in stock and ready for dispatch.

Please bear in mind that although we do our best to keep our website stock levels accurate, mistakes can happen. We will contact you as soon as possible if any products you have paid for are out of stock, and arrange to refund the appropriate amount until such time as we receive stock.

If a product is found to be defective or of a lower standard than specified it may be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Subject to testing, we will refund any money paid within 30 days. We will also supply a freepost address for returns.

Right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. The goods must be returned in good condition, and in the case of audio and video products they must not have been removed from their wrapping. We require a cancellation request in writing (post, fax or email), though a phone call within seven working days is sufficient to start the cancellation process.

We will supply a freepost address for returns. All money paid will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
